Introduction: In modern years, virtual reality has grown immensely. It is now used to provide engaging scenarios and improve adherence therapy. Among all the types of Video Game-Based Therapy, Virtual Reality shows considerable improvement in patients with balance problems most device stroke rehabilitation. This research’s purpose gather disseminate studies that show which Video-Game Based Therapy efficient widely terms helping clinical settings. addition, utilization a setting can help motivate continue their treatment improving balance. Methods: The researchers scoping review Joanna Briggs Institute (2020) framework by Arksey O' Malley (2005), provided an outline research methodology. different databases such as PubMed, MEDLINE, CINAHL, EBSCO, PT. initial search retrieved total 2,569 articles from databases. After removing duplicates evaluating, 72 potential were identified. Using extraction tool, two authors independently extracted data, another reviewer validated data ensure accuracy.
